TOC Con Vendor Booth Information 2024
Approved vendors will be able to display their products and services to over 250 public safety and government professionals, with a focus on those who work as social media managers, PIOs, community relations specialists, or in related capacities. Booths will be available to display in the vendor hall October 22-23, 2024.
Vendor Booth Package: $500 | $250 for nonprofit organizations

- Vendors will be provided with a 10×10 indoor booth space that includes one eight-foot table, two chairs, and a black tablecloth.
- Two vendor badges are included, which provide access to meals, refreshments, and the networking reception.
- Additional vendor badges may be purchased for $150 each (limit of two additional badges – four total per booth).
- Vendors wishing to attend conference training sessions may upgrade their vendor badge to an all-access pass for $250 each.
Rules

- Only products listed on the application can be sold at the conference.
- Vendor booths are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Vendors are responsible for setting up and handling their supplies and merchandise.
- Fees must be paid in full by August 30, 2024.
