For Classes…

Payments

If you select “Pay at the Door or Agency Check” as payment, the following payment options are available:

  • Payment from your agency prior to the date of the course;
  • Confirmation from your agency the payment is being processed;
  • Pay at the door with cash, check or credit card
  • If your agency needs a W-9 form, please click here.

Cancellation Policy

If TOC Public Relations cancels the course, the full amount of tuition will be refunded to paid registrants or the tuition can be credited to a future course.

If the host or originating agency fails to pay for the class seven (7) days prior to the first day of the class, TOC Public Relations reserves the right to cancel the class.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the student or agency cancels 7 days prior to the class date. If a student “no shows” for a class, no refunds will be issued as all seats are accounted for in determining whether the class proceeds or is canceled due to low attendance.

If a student is attending in place of the originally registered student, an email is required to be sent by the training manager or originally registered student authorizing this change. This email can be sent to info@tocpublicrelations.com.

Obnoxious Policy

Our company exists to provide a positive experience for both our client and our team. We want everyone to be happy with each other, and we do not want anyone feeling stressed when having to deal with someone.

Simply put – we won’t work with an organization or people who cause us stress or grief. In the event this occurs with a client, we will cancel the contract.

For Conferences…

Cancellation Policy

If TOC Public Relations cancels the conference, a full refund or credit toward future training will be issued.

Refund Policy

A complete refund will be issued for requests received before September 30, 2024 at 5 pm PST.

Refund requests received between September 30, 2024 at 5 pm PST and October 22, 2024 at 8 am PST will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

No-shows will not be eligible for refunds, and will be responsible for any outstanding invoices.

Refunds do not include online processing fees; only the ticket price.

Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days.

TOC Public Relations reserves the right to refuse attendance to anyone at any time, without explanation or cause – refunds will be processed accordingly.

Obnoxious Policy

Any conference attendee who causes a disturbance or does not conduct themselves in a professional manner may be ejected from the conference. No refunds will be issued and those ejected will be responsible for any outstanding invoices, and will be barred from future conferences and classes.
