Mary Izadi has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, dedicated to fostering a symbiotic relationship between the community and law enforcement.

With a career centered on public service, she champions ethical and constitutional policing while advocating for victim’s rights and public safety.

As a former Deputy District Attorney and seasoned law enforcement executive, Mrs. Izadi provides invaluable guidance and training to public safety professionals and attorneys nationwide, emphasizing Constitutional Law, accountability, and the implementation of best practices in policies and procedures.

Mrs. Izadi was recognized in 2024 as one of the nations finest instructors by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training. She is also a California POST Certified Instructor, and she is an instructor at California State University Long Beach, Center for Criminal Justice Research and Training.

For the past eight years, Mrs. Izadi has been a member of the Executive Command at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in California. She is the author of the newsletter “The Constitutional Policing Update” sent to over 25+ California law enforcement agencies.
