by | Feb 25, 2024

The Client:

The Montclair Police Department is situated in San Bernardino County, approximately 36 miles from downtown Los Angeles, in Southern California. Committed to serving the community, the men and women of the Montclair Police Department work diligently to provide law enforcement services to the almost 40,000 residents of the city of Montclair. Their website can be found at joinmontclairpd.com.

The Website Problem:

The Montclair Police Department sought a robust web presence and engaged with TOC Public Relations to develop their recruitment website. Their online presence was minimal and they sought a way to engage the community more directly and broaden the applicant pool to get the best recruits for our city.

They needed a website that could help them accomplish their goals of community engagement and getting the best officers around to help ptoect the City of Montclair.

The Website Solution:

TOC Public Relations created an dvanced recruitment website. The recruitment pages add value to show potential applicants what MPD is all about and the process those need to take to become a part of their police department. The department is actively seeking to recruit new police officers and additional staff and TOC has helped that to become a reality. The Montclair Police Department takes pride in offering valuable information to future MPD officers.

The Results

“We turned to TOC Public Relations to help us with our recruiting efforts because they are the only ones in the industry who have law enforcement experience and expertise in key fields we needed.

Their staff was very attentive to our needs, and their recommendations were excellent in how we should proceed. I had the opportunity to watch their photo and video team work, and they were very professional and had a very good sense of what to create for us. It was important for us to be real and relatable to applicants in our photos, videos, and website.

Even after the launch of the website, the TOC PR team has been in constant communication with us to make sure we are satisfied and answer any questions or concerns we have.

If you want the best chance of obtaining applicants, I would highly recommend TOC Public Relations.”
